including derived land polygons, clipped coastline and roads, and place points.
It is offered under the same ODbL 1.0 license. Website code/design is separate.

The XML extract did not include a global database snapshot timestamp. This
expanded extract replaces the earlier May 6 snapshot used for the first preview.
Guide extent: west -88.000, south 17.907, east -87.918, north 17.995.
The southern expansion includes San Pedro town and its airport using the same extract.

The OSM name 'Bamber Fence Restaurant and Swing Bar' is displayed as Bamboo Fence.
Bamboo Fence and Akasha use interior reference points of the mapped building or
resort footprint, not entrances. Akasha's point refers to Aruna Resort; it is
not the town pickup dock. No Google geometry, tiles or coordinates are included.
Pirates and Maruba labels use corroborated venue names. Secret Beach Cabanas'
own history confirms its previous OSM name, Paradise on the Caye:
